Shipping/Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping is calculated based off of the weight of the products at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or missing packages are not replaced or refunded by Barks in Boro. In the unlikely situation the postal service loses your package, we recommend filing a USPS claim: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Barks in Boro is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. If you have input a wrong address, please EMAIL US ASAP. We will still be able to change it for you!
Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Barks in Boro, the customer is responsible to pay the second time shipping cost to have packages re-shipped.

Once the package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for customs delays and if items are rejected or returned, they will not be refunded.
